Privacy Policy
How Itinerary Morocco Tours collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website or book a tour with us.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
Itinerary Morocco Tours, a tour operator based in Casablanca, Morocco, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: itinerarymoroccotours212@gmail.com or WhatsApp +212 642 618 936.
2. What information we collect
When you send a booking request or contact us
Our booking form does not store your details on our website: it prepares a message that you send to us yourself on WhatsApp or by email. We then receive the information you choose to share, for example:
- your name, phone number and email address
- tour, travel dates and number of adults and children
- the name of your riad or hotel, and your flight or ferry details
- any notes you add, such as dietary needs or special requests
When you pay
Deposits are paid through PayPal. We receive confirmation of the payment, your name and the PayPal email address, but we never see or store your card or bank details.
When you browse the website
Like most websites, our server and service providers may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure. Some pages load content from Google (fonts and route maps), which means Google receives your IP address when those pages load. We may also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site; it uses cookies to produce statistics about visits.
3. Why we use your information
- to answer your questions and prepare your quote
- to organise and deliver your tour, including pick-up, accommodation and activities
- to take your deposit and manage payments and refunds
- to keep records required for accounting and legal purposes
- to improve our website and services
We use your data because it is needed to prepare and carry out your booking, because the law requires it (for example accounting records), or because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell your data.
4. Who we share it with
We only share what is needed to run your tour:
- your driver, guides and the hotels, riads and desert camps where you stay
- PayPal, to process your deposit
- the services we use to communicate and run the website: WhatsApp (Meta), Gmail and Google services, and our website host
- authorities, if the law requires it (for example hotel guest registration in Morocco)
Some of these providers are located outside Morocco and the European Union. They use their own safeguards to protect personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking messages and records for as long as needed to organise your tour and handle any follow-up, and then for the period required by accounting and tax rules. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when no longer needed.
6. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies that are needed for it to work, and may use analytics cookies to measure visits. Google Maps and other embedded content may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies to you, you can ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it, where we no longer need to keep it
- object to or restrict certain uses of it
To make a request, email itinerarymoroccotours212@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country (in Morocco, the CNDP).
8. Security
Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we only share your details with the people who need them to deliver your tour.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
