Booking Terms & Conditions
The conditions that apply to every private tour, shared tour, day trip and transfer booked with Itinerary Morocco Tours.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These Booking Terms & Conditions form the contract between Itinerary Morocco Tours (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and the person who makes a booking on behalf of themselves and every member of their group (“the Client”, “you”). Please read them carefully: by confirming a booking and paying the deposit, you accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your party.
Article 1. The Company
Itinerary Morocco Tours is a Moroccan tour operator based in Casablanca, Kingdom of Morocco, organising private and shared tours, day trips and transfers throughout Morocco.

Article 2. Booking and confirmation
2.1 A booking request may be made through our online booking form, on WhatsApp or by email. A request is free of charge and does not bind either party.
2.2 On receipt of your request, we send you a written proposal stating the itinerary, dates, services included and the total price.
2.3 The contract is formed, and your booking is confirmed, only when (a) you have paid the deposit set out in Article 3 and (b) you have received our written confirmation by WhatsApp or email.
2.4 The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring that all members of the group accept these terms and for all payments due.
Article 3. Prices and payment
3.1 All tours are priced on request. The price stated in our written confirmation is final and includes only the services listed as “Included” on the tour page and in your confirmation.
3.2 Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total price is payable by PayPal to confirm the booking. We never see or store your card details.
3.3 Balance: the remaining 70% is payable on arrival, on the first day of the tour, in cash (Moroccan dirham or euro) or by any other method agreed with us in writing.
3.4 Services not listed as included, such as meals not specified, drinks, entrance fees where stated, optional activities, personal expenses and gratuities, are paid by the Client directly.
3.5 Prices may vary with group size, season and accommodation category. Any change in the number of travellers after confirmation may change the price.
Article 4. Cancellation by the Client
4.1 Any cancellation must be sent to us in writing, by WhatsApp or email. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your message.
4.2 The following charges apply to all tours, including day trips and shared tours:
| Notice given before the start of the tour | Cancellation charge |
|---|---|
| 7 days or more | No charge. Your deposit is refunded in full. |
| Between 7 days and 48 hours | 50% of the total price. Your deposit is retained and counts towards this charge; the difference, if any, is payable. |
| Less than 48 hours, or no-show | 100% of the total price. |
4.3 Refunds are made by PayPal to the account used to pay the deposit, normally within 14 days of cancellation.
4.4 No refund is given for any part of a tour that is not used once the tour has started, including late arrival, early departure or services voluntarily declined.
Article 5. Changes requested by the Client
5.1 You may ask to change your dates, route, accommodation or group size at any time before departure. We will make every reasonable effort to meet your request, subject to availability.
5.2 Any resulting difference in price is confirmed in writing before the change takes effect.
5.3 A request to change the start date made less than 7 days before departure which we are unable to accommodate is treated as a cancellation under Article 4.
Article 6. Changes and cancellation by the Company
6.1 Itineraries and timings may be adjusted before or during the tour where necessary for your safety or comfort, for example because of weather, snow on mountain passes, road works or closures, or local events. Where this happens, we provide a comparable alternative.
6.2 Should a hotel, riad or desert camp become unavailable, we provide accommodation of an equivalent or higher standard at no extra cost to you.
6.3 Shared tours operate subject to a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not reached, we will offer you an alternative date, an upgrade to a private tour at an agreed price, or a full refund of all sums paid.
6.4 If we cancel a confirmed tour for any reason other than force majeure (Article 7), you are entitled to a full refund of all sums paid to us.
Article 7. Force majeure
7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control which could not have been foreseen or avoided, including extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, road closures, acts of government, war, terrorism or civil unrest.
7.2 In such cases we will offer you a new date or an alternative itinerary. If neither is possible, we refund the value of the services not provided, less any costs already incurred that cannot be recovered from our suppliers.
Article 8. Pick-up and transport
8.1 Pick-up takes place at the closest point to your riad or hotel accessible by car, or at the airport, ferry port or address stated in your confirmation. Many medina lanes cannot be reached by vehicle.
8.2 Pick-up times are confirmed in advance by WhatsApp or email. If the Client is not at the agreed meeting point within 30 minutes of the agreed time and cannot be contacted, the booking is treated as a no-show.
8.3 Our vehicles are air-conditioned and driven by licensed, experienced drivers. Driving times given on our website are estimates and may vary with road and weather conditions.
Article 9. Accommodation
9.1 Hotels, riads and desert camps are selected for their comfort, location and service. Standards and classifications in Morocco may differ from those in your home country, especially in rural and desert areas.
9.2 Specific room types, upgrades or special requests are passed on to our partners and confirmed where possible, but cannot be guaranteed unless stated in your confirmation.
Article 10. The Client’s responsibilities
10.1 Travel documents: each traveller must hold a valid passport and any visa required for entry into Morocco. We recommend a passport valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry.
10.2 Health and mobility: you must inform us before booking of any medical condition, disability, reduced mobility, pregnancy or dietary requirement that may affect your participation, so that we can advise you and adapt the tour where possible.
10.3 Conduct: travellers are expected to follow the instructions of drivers and guides, particularly in the desert, the mountains and on camel treks, and to respect local laws, customs and the communities visited. We may end the tour of any traveller whose behaviour endangers others, without refund.
10.4 Personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owners at all times.
Article 11. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our prices. We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, personal accident and loss of luggage, including any activities you plan to take part in.
Article 12. Liability
12.1 We take all reasonable care in organising your tour and in selecting our drivers, guides and partners.
12.2 We are not liable for loss, injury, damage or delay resulting from the Client’s own acts or omissions, from force majeure, or from services booked directly by the Client with third parties, including flights.
12.3 Optional activities such as quad biking, sandboarding, 4×4 excursions arranged locally or hot-air balloon flights are provided by independent operators and are undertaken at the Client’s own risk.
Article 13. Complaints
13.1 If you are not satisfied with any part of your tour, please tell your driver or contact us immediately on WhatsApp, so that we can put things right on the spot.
13.2 Any complaint not resolved during the tour must be sent to us in writing by email within 14 days of the end of the tour. We will acknowledge it promptly and respond as quickly as possible.
Article 14. Personal data
Personal data provided when booking is used only to organise and deliver your tour, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Article 15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. The parties will seek to settle any dispute amicably. Failing that, the competent courts of Casablanca shall have jurisdiction.
