How do I book a desert tour from Marrakech?
Choose a private or shared tour, then press “Book this tour”. Add your date, group size and hotel, and send the request on WhatsApp or by email. We reply with availability and your final price, and confirm your pick-up time.
How do I pay for my tour?
Sending a request is free. We confirm your booking on WhatsApp or by email first, then you confirm with a secure PayPal deposit and pay the rest on arrival.
What is the difference between a private and a shared tour?
A private tour is only for your group, with your own 4×4 and driver-guide, any start date and a flexible route. A shared tour is a small-group trip in an air-conditioned minibus on a fixed route, at a lower price per person.
How long is the drive from Marrakech to the Sahara?
Merzouga and the Erg Chebbi dunes are about 560 km from Marrakech, around 9 to 10 hours of driving, so tours break the trip with a night in the Dadès Gorges. Zagora is closer, about 7 hours away, which makes it possible in 2 days.
Merzouga or Zagora: which desert should I choose?
Merzouga has Morocco’s highest golden dunes and is the classic Sahara experience; it needs at least 3 days from Marrakech. Zagora has smaller dunes but is ideal if you only have 2 days.
When is the best time for a Sahara tour?
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the most pleasant. Summer days are very hot in the desert, and winter nights at camp are cold, so bring warm layers from December to February.

Yes. We collect you from your riad or hotel, or from the nearest meeting point a car can reach in the medina.
